Who am I?
I am a passionate human being who supports those who identify themselves as needing a helping hand, a positive prop to guide them towards a better place, to feel empowered and understand themselves more fully.
My Own Life's Purpose
After more than 20 years working in Human Resources within diverse industries I have acquired valuable experience and skills in supporting individuals in the workplace.
I have identified my own Life’s Purpose in wishing to continue to support others from various backgrounds, specifically, but not exclusively, those on the Autistic Spectrum. In order to do this effectively, I combine my coaching training in Applied NLP Mastery together with Specialist Applied NLP Coaching for those on the Autistic Spectrum and supported by a Diploma in Positive Psychology Coaching.
Primordial Sound Meditation
I also teach Primordial Sound Meditation as taught by Deepak Chopra and his team together with breathing techniques.
I have for the past 5 years held the position of Trustee for a small local charity supporting children, young adults with additional needs, together with siblings and parents. This Charity provides a safe and secure and fun social club environment, to meet all their social needs. I actively get involved in events as well as the formal responsibilities of a Trustee.
WHAT DO MY CLIENTS SAY?
Kind words from my lovely clients
"The coaching was really useful in helping me understand where I want to be and how to get there, it helped me take important steps in my life and I'm feeling closer to achieving my goals. It's also improved my confidence in myself and helped me to not beat myself up when I get things wrong. I feel more confident to ask questions if I don't understand things"
"I feel much more empowered as a parent. I feel less alone. I feel more positive about autism and more able to stand up for my child when she needs it and to encourage her to achieve her potential. I feel more optimistic about the future for her."
"I was supported in a very safe and gentle way. Rather than pushy life coaching, Anni gave me a lovely, non-judgmental space to think about what I really want from life. I was surprised to find what I really want is different to what I thought I should be doing, and was able to see that I don't need to be accountable to other people’s expectations."
