What our clients say about our coaching
It wasn’t at all what I expected life coaching to be like. It was brilliant and has transformed the way I think about my past, present and future. I have a clearer idea of what I actually want. As a result I feel less anxious. I was enabled to reflect on my achievements which have boosted my self-esteem.
The style of the sessions was lovely. Relaxed but actually I was able to make a lot of headway in that non pressured non-judgmental space. I was supported in a very safe and gentle way. Anni gave me a lovely non-judgmental space to think about what I really want from life.
I was surprised to find what I really want is different to what I thought I should be doing, and was able to see that I don’t need to be accountable to other people’s expectations.
Chloe – Working towards achieving her potential – Dyslexic.
The coaching was really useful in helping me understand where I want to be and how to get there, it helped me take important steps in my life and I’m feeling closer to achieving my goals. It’s also improved my confidence in myself and helped me to not beat myself up when I get things wrong. I feel more confident to ask questions if I don’t understand things.
Phoebe – Graphic Design University Undergraduate – Autistic.
I felt very supported and understood. The difference is that I was able to understand how to support Phoebe at university and I had more insight into what support she needed to complete her work.
The outcome was that she passed her resubmissions on her essay and coursework with a much better grade. I have a greater understanding of autism and how it affects my daughter. I have more empathy with her struggles and more insight into how to advocate for her and support her. I am more optimistic about her future. I feel much more empowered as a parent. I feel less alone.
I feel more positive about autism and more able to stand up for my child when she needs it and to encourage her to achieve her potential. I feel more optimistic about the future for her.
